About Megan

Inspired by Celtic arts and crafts, Irish-American designer Megan O’Casey incorporates themes from her heritage in her apparel and surface design while provoking a sentimental, hands-on feeling. In her creative practice, she combines traditional techniques, such as satin stitch embroidery and applique with contemporary technologies like surface design software -NED Graphics- and 3D programs like CLO 3D

Since receiving her BFA in Fashion Design at Virginia Commonwealth University she further developed her print design skills at Central Saint Martins’ digital print design workshop. Megan is actively seeking a role to apply and enhance these skills with a particular interest in innovative design and luxury products.
